Our Adoption Timeline

9.21.11 first official meeting with the home study case worker. Got all the info and forms and had it all filled out or sent out or scheduled within 24 hours of receiving it.
9.20.11 submit commitment papers to RR
9.19.11 Finally get our local caseworker assigned and first appointment set up for 9.21
9.18.11 Fill out applications for new passports, extra copies of birth certificates, marriage certificates, etc.
9.15.11 Mail application and check to international agency in Arizona.
9.14.11 Make contact with the recommended internaitonal agency from RR. Answer preapprovial questions
9.13.11 locate local adoption agency for the international home study. Fill out the application and mail it, check included.
9.12.11 The day I'll never forget... in my inbox I found numerous pictures of a face I couldn't deny. Love at first sight. It was a Monday and Chris was away on a business trip. He got home after midnight that night and you bet I bombarded him with it (her, the possibility, the photos) that very night.

9.9.11 Emailed RR about a little lady who looked just like our own children
